Is it melted? : It is stated by JIS that crayons will not become softened until they reach 37 degrees Celsius. Our crayons begin to melt gradually from 50 degrees Celsius, and they become liquid completely at 80 degrees Celsius. Because of the above, crayons may be melt near stoves and in the direct rays of the sun.

What kind of paper is best for Baby Color? : Our Baby Color was made for toddlers, and the unique shape is formed to fit a toddler's hand. The color comes out like a color pencil, and it does not have a deep color. Baby Color doesn't work on art paper that has a coated surface because plastic is mixed with it. Because of the formulation, Baby Color doesn't mark a toddler's hand or cloth. Moreover, it is very strong, and it doesn't break easily. To draw with the color clearly, we recommend that you use a drawing paper that has a rough surface.

If it has bad smell or becomes moldy : If it is moldy, it has gone bad. Basically, watercolor contains dextrin as glue. Dextrin is made from starch, and it is perishable. Then, some preservatives are added to the watercolor. However, it is not rot resistant because the preservatives are limited for children's safety. For watercolor and poster color, don't return any color to the bottle or tube after use.

How to draw : See figures below. Press the edges of the rod to paper, and slide the rod. If you use the most colorful surface, your results will be disappointing.
Why it is called"Majelle" : In Japanese, "Mazeru"means mix, so it was named "Majelle"as a pun.
Is this water based or oil based? : It seemingly repels water, but if it is rubbed, it can be mixed with water. Majelle is neutral, having both water and oil based properties.
Is Majelle different from crayons? : Actually, both ingredients and processing are different from crayons.

If it doesn't work or the color is hazy : With our marker, it is possible to draw more than 300 meters continuously. If the marker doesn't work although it was used just a short time, it may be dried because it wasn't properly recapped. If it doesn't work from the beginning, of course, it is a defective product.
Disposal and recycling : Our marker is classified plastic. Check your local recycling center to see if it can be recycled. About case and tray, just follow your local recycling rules.
About the ink in the marker : Rarely, toddlers will suck the ink from the marker. If a toddler has sucked the ink too much, please induce vomiting and contact a doctor even though the ink is made from non-toxic material.
